UNC v. Dook Gamewatch
Monday, January 26th, 2009Attention All New York Tar Heels!
Make plans to join the New York Carolina Club on Wednesday, February 11th for the Official UNC-Dook Gamewatch in New York City at Jay-Z’s famous 40/40 Club! We have rented out several VIP rooms, including the ESPN Hall of Fame Room and the Soriano Lounge, and will have beer buckets on special as well as half off wings. Doors open at 7pm, and, of course, there will be sound for the game.
Also, this year, we have teamed up with the Mary Claire Satterly Foundation to help support a special cause in honor of a New York Tar Heel (Mary Claire “MC” Satterly, JOMC ‘02) who lost a hard-fought battle with cancer in April of last year. There will be a suggested donation of $20 at the door to benefit the “Mary Claire Satterly Pediatric Oncology Playroom” set to open in Chapel Hill this year at the New Cancer Hospital.
